The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established (149-unit) Luxury Apartment Senior Living Community offering a continuum of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments in Marshfield MA with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 75 years.

We are looking for a part-time weekend Activities Assistant to work Saturday and Sundays from 10am to 4pm with flexibility to pick up extra shifts if desired.

Job Responsibilities:

Contributes to meeting the psychological, social and spiritual needs of the Residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of an organized recreation program that includes facilitating small group activities. May also participate in planned Resident activities outside the facility.

Must have a High School degree or equivalent. Previous work in a hospitality, assisted living or health care setting preferred. Interest and demonstrated ability to work with the elderly. Individualized skills in crafts, music, education and physical activities are helpful.

This Part-time position may be eligible for the following benefits:
